I was really impressed. The picture I was afraid wasn't going to look good but they did amazing! They knew which people were meant for the glass and it came out GREAT!

Quality glass product that is lightweight and functional. Very disappointed with the custom engraving. The image came out clean (and aligned with what I submitted). However, the image is extremely faint which makes the glasses appear faded (see pictures). Not worth the price paid for the quality received.
Got a mug of my Moms dog for her birthday. She absolutely loved it! Quality was great, shipping was quick, and I was kept informed of my order the entire time. Will definitely be doing business again for future gift ideas
