This product is very well made! I was very pleasantly surprised at how much I loved it. It is a gift for my dad for Father’s Day, and the seller provided stellar customer service, as I had a special request to engrave a picture of a dog as well. They also made sure that it would be delivered in time for Father’s day when the expected shipping date was going to be after it. The mat also is larger than I expected! Also, it came with a button snap to roll it up nicely for storage. Overall it is a great product and would 100% recommend!

We lost our beloved Crowley about a month and half ago. Crowley is my husband's best friend and his 1st child. This gift was beautifully made and I was worried about the quality because Crowley was all black, so I wasn't sure how well it would transfer over but everything is perfect!

Item was not the best material but that was to be expected considering the price. The engraving was done pretty well making it well worth the money. Artist made slight adjustment to the positioning of my picture but it was for good reason and looked good. I believe the shipping changed after the original purchase to a later window but then ended up showing up during original window time anyways. Would recommend.
