unfortunately USPS lost the first one (not the sellers fault) they replaced it immediately upon finding out, it came in fantastic, my mother absolutely loved it.
I gave plenty of ordering and shipping time to get this as a gift for my fiancé for our cruise. I gave the seller three photos to choose from and for her to pick the one she thought would work best. It turned out wonderful and she quickly shipped it. 13 days via USPS to get from her to me. I would highly suggest to the seller to change shipping carrier and if a package does get lost, don’t ask the buyer to pay shipping cost again. I understand you’re out, but so is the buyer too.
