How long does it take to receive a personalized product?

Production times for custom items typically range from 1 to 2 business days, depending on the product. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.

Can I see a preview of my custom design before it’s created?

Absolutely! For custom and personalized items, we can provide a digital proof so you can review the design before production begins.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other popular payment options. Your payment information is securely processed and encrypted.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes, we frequently run promotions, especially during holidays. Check our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on the latest deals.

Order cancellations
Orders are typically processed within 2 hours of being placed, so we may not be able to accept cancellations after that point.

What about shipping costs?

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you return or exchange an item, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee unless it’s an exchange, which is covered by us.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’d like to return a standard, in-stock item (not custom or personalized), you can do so within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost. Please note, there’s a return fee of $7.95 for the prepaid return shipping label.

Can I return or exchange personalized or custom items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If your personalized or custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with a photograph and description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Items being returned for a refund or exchanged must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Items showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
• Do not return items that arrived damaged—instead, reach out to us with photos so we can provide a replacement.
• Custom and Personalized Items: Due to their unique nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Contact us with a photo and description of the issue to initiate a refund or replacement.

1. Incorrect Personalization, Damage, Defects or Missing Contents

When We Can Replace

In these situations we will replace your item at no charge:

• Incorrect personalization (only if it is shown to be our fault)
• Shipping damage
• Substantial defects (missing/faulty pieces or components)
• You received the wrong order by mistake (rare)

For these cases please contact us and we'll resolve your issue ASAP.

When We Cannot Replace

• Incorrect personalization submitted by you during checkout (unfortunately, you will need to order again)
• Color or natural variations in the product, such as wood color, leather tone/fades or other material variations. While we do our best to accurately show our products, we cannot guarantee that an item will look 100% like the product photo. Small variances may occur as is the reality of dealing with organic materials.
• You don't like the font or design as was originally displayed on our website prior to purchase.

2. My item looks different than what is pictured on your website.

We do our best in making sure each item is represented accurately. There are some products which have inherent variances due to the nature of the item. Please check the product photos and description to fully ensure you understand what to expect when purchasing.

We do not give refunds or replacements based on product variances, such as wood grain, leather color or other natural variances, which are inherent to the item. We also do not give refunds if you do not like the font or design used on an item that is displayed on the website prior to ordering.
