Delivery:

We personalize and ship most items to arrive in 3-10 business days, though some items may take a little longer, depending on the personalization and product. Estimated delivery date(s) will appear in the checkout when ordering. We ship via major carriers throughout the United States and U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and most international destinations.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted for personalized or made-to-order items. But when your order arrives, open it up and take a look. If anything isn't as expected, got damaged in transit, or doesn't impress you, let us know and we'll make it right.

If you would like to request a refund or replacement of an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
