I don’t love our engraving, but I don’t know a whole lot about the process and the images they need to receive for a good etch. I sent in 3 different photos because of this and wanted to ensure a good photo in the glass, and the final product kind of all blurs together from the mouth down which was disappointing, but the rest of the image looks great. The seller was really easy to work with, kind, and fast! I am excited to give this gift.
