The etching was very nice at the bottom of the glass. I just wish the glass was a little bigger for a guys hand

Thought I would try a Christmas ornament with a picture of our 2 dogs in Santa hats. It turned out great, the family loves it! The only downside is the clear ornament with white etching can be hard to see without a dark background.
I ordered several custom/laser engraved drinking glasses. They shipped quickly, had great communication, were high quality and very unique. Great job!
Firstly, I checked to see where located first because I didn’t want to order from out of the us and it had a Wisconsin address. I had an international service fee on my account. Thankfully it was a small amount. The charge for the item which was separate from the international fee, read as London. My fault for ordering a custom order late but it said that it was 1-2 days processing and 3-5 days shipping. So I figured I would have it in about a week. Then got nervous of the international issue but it was shipped from Georgia. That all has left me confused. I ordered it on 11/14/24. I received an email on the 18th that it was shipped. I received the package on the 26th. The item is personalized very well and I do love it, however, the item itself is very cheap.
